It’s almost time for the eighth installment of the art fair MARKET at Fredsgatan 12. This year the general interest for the fair has increased with a record number of applicants. On February 15-17, over 40 galleries and artists from the Nordic countries will participate in the event.

Just like last year, there will be a space for emerging artists, featuring galleries and exhibitions that have been active for less than five years. MARKET XL will feature a larger solo exhibition by the Danish artist Tal R (Galleri Bo Bjerggaard).

In conjunction with the MARKET art fair, there is also the SUPERMARKET independent art fair at Kulturhuset, with less-established and more affordable artwork on sale.

Many Stockholm galleries will open throughout the night during the weekend long event. Don’t miss this weekend full of art and fun!
