All summer long Stadsteater brings to you Parkteatern; great outdoor performances all over the city.  Parkteatern features things for all types of people: children, music lovers, food lovers, and those who adore dance. It’s free and always outdoors under the gorgeous Stockholm summer sky. Although these are always free, make sure to book tickets in advance to ensure a spot!

Walking Performance with taste of Djurgården

Come August 6th, Parkteatern is featuring a walking performance with a taste of Djurgården. The work will examine Restaurang Allemansrätten of Sago Volvo and our relationship to nature, ownership and sharing. Sago Volvo is the collective duo of Jonas Nobel and Bella Rune who aim to open up conversation about politics, production and global love.

The show focuses on people and their link to current political issues in the environment, copyright, and the working conditions in the Swedish forest. The performance will be a guided walk through an installation placed in the forest of Djurgården. The audience will be guided through a magical, political but lighthearted hike where faced with all different types of situations and characters.  There will be great discussions and great tastes with earthly food inspired by Allemansrätten.
