Croissant Ice Cream
Swedish restaurateurs are bending over backwards in search of the next groundbreaking food item or obscure dish to get the “it” stamp. With that in mind, Brillo has introduced the croissant ice cream, half a bun filled with chocolate sauce and Italian ice cream.
Okonomiyaki
Travellers to the Far East will be well aware of the Japanese-style grilled pancake containing finely chopped cabbage and a variety of toppings, smothered in sweet teriyaki BBQ sauce and mayo. Okonomiyaki has now arrived in Stockholm, and Mama Wolf is the first to serve it.
Hawaii Poké
Although the dish has been featured on several other menus across town, Hawaii Poké on Mäster Samuelsgatan 9 is the first spot to build their entire venture around the island specialty. Poké is a raw fish salad that became popular in Hawaii in the 1970s.
