A motherly perspective

When all-male gastronomic trio Melker Andersson, Danyel Couet and Jonas Svensson introduce their latest venture, the maternal instinct is at the very heart of the 5,000 square meter restaurant’s gastronomic philosophy.

“We are still all for indulgence and gastronomic quality, but we believe it includes more than just flavour and presentation”, says Couet. “The satisfaction is even greater when the food is more balanced.”

To reach the right balance, Couet and his associates have made up a menu where guests select dishes depending on their level of satiation, and with which boosters these dishes have been prepared (red pepper, garlic, ginger and cacao). All orders are executed digitally via a guest tablet.
