It’s seldom that Stockholm looks to Sweden’s second city for inspiration, but the newest food and wine studio in the capital Swedish Taste is a welcome import from Gothenburg.
Catering to businesses as well as the general public, the venue will be a space where people can meet to cook, socialize and eat under casual pretences.
“We want to show Stockholm what the Swedish west coast can offer in terms of produce and cooking techniques,” says Magnus Lindström, award-winning chef and founder of Swedish Taste.
