What’s Your Beef (or Lobster)?

Chef Pontus Frithiof has closed down Pontus! Matsal to make room for Burger & Lobster, a dining concept that already boasts eight restaurants in the UK and one in New York. Teaming up with Thomas Dahlstedt of Nordiska Restaurangaktiebolaget, Stockholm will be the chain’s first non-English speaking location, followed by Dubai later this year.

            The menu at Burger & Lobster is short but sweet – a burger, a lobster roll and a 700-gram lobster is all that is on offer, which shouldn’t cause much trouble even for the most indecisive diner.
