Whatever happens to Rich Hall, he’ll always have one solid entry to the history books: according to himself, Matt Groening told him he was part of the inspiration for The Simpsons’ Moe Szyslak. In addition to this little fact, Hall is also a successful stand-up and writer, having worked on US television shows The David Letterman Show and Saturday Night Live. Hall’s comedy is famous for his acerbic style and for his performances as his grizzled country music alter ego, Otis Lee Crenshaw. He’ll be bringing the whole show to Södra Teatern on February 15.
