Inspired by legends Daft Punk Alexander Ridha, the Hamburg-born brainchild behind Boys Noize, made sure his dreams of becoming a producer came through. After a slew of successful 12-inch singles as Kid Alex, Ridha released the album Oi Oi Oi in 2007, marking the birth of Boys Noize and the beginning of his most successful pseudonym to date.

Boys Noize has also made sure his name got on the Rolodexes of remix commissioners on record labels big and small, and he has since twiddled the knobs on a wide variety of reinterpretations. Among the most noteworthy are My Moon My Man (Feist), Phantom, Pt.2 (Justice) and the amazing Banquet by rocking Brits Bloc Party.
