26-year-old Frida Sundemo has a way with music that makes you happy to call her a superstar already after the first listen. Her electro-pop has already been hailed by the British newspaper The Guardian who have fallen off the chair facing her unique Scandinavian sound and with the debut EP Indigo, the doors have opened to the big commercial radio stations.
In May Frida Sundemo released her new EP Lit Up By Neon by Best Fit Recordings. Together with her producer Joel Humlén, she has found her own way to create music. Undefinably popular, easy to listen to and hard to forget. The first single from the EP was called Drawn to You and was released on April 7.
PRETTIES FOR YOU (22:00)
Pretties for You’s success is already becoming a reality. With its two single release Talk and We Have Our Reasons on the disc label Luxury earlier this year, they managed to get a big hype and received nothing but accolades for their bombastic and dramatic indie rock from some of Sweden’s most important music forums – GAFFA, PSL, Music Wizard in P3 and others. On April 30, they released their debut album We Have Our Reasons, which is produced by Henryk Lipp (Håkan Hellström, Thåström, Anna Von Hausswolff).
