Yes the power couple has indeed created a trailer for a film that is coming out in… well, never. But there is something pretty special coming instead, a tour featuring, you guessed it – both of the two, together. Finally the world’s prayers are being answered and the duo announced earlier this year that they would be touring together in 2014. The only shows confirmed thus far are in the U.S., so we’re still patiently waiting to see when they will announce the European tour (we can only hope).
This trailer is a bit of teaser for the new tour and just in time to overshadow some unwanted attention from the scandal with Beyoncé’s sister Solange attacking Jay-Z. Coincidence? We think not.
Nonetheless, the trailer is a bit a genius act with doses of celebs throughout including the legendary Sean Penn, total hunk Jake Gyllenhaal, Shamless star Emmy Rossum, and the blonde bombshell that is Blake Lively. With stars like those and some Bonnie & Clyde re-creation going on, the fake film teaser leaves us a bit disappointed there isn’t actually a film to follow. But we’re crossing our fingers for an annoucement that the duo will be headed to Europe, more specifically Stockholm.
