VINNIE PAZ (JEDI MIND TRICKS) (US)
Philadelphia native Vinnie Paz is undoubtably most recognised as the founder and frontman of Jedi Mind Tricks and hip-hop supergroup Army of the Pharaohs. He has also released two studio albums under his own name – 2010’s Season Of The Assassin and God Of The Serengeti in 2012. Last fall was his latest addition to the catalogue with the release of the Carry On Tradition EP.

R.A.The Rugged Man began rapping as a twelve year old and is often referred to as one of the world’s most underrated MCs. Aged just 18, R.A. found himself at the centre of a nine-label bidding war that resulted in his signing with Jive records. Over the course of his career he has collaborated with the likes of Notorious BIG, Wu-Tang Clan, Mobb Deep and many more.
R.A. already has a slew of highly-acclaimed albums in his back catalogue but if the rave reviews of his latest release (2013’s Legends Never Die) are anything to go by the album looks set to be remembered as a real classic. Hip-hop heads take note!
