Sudakistan Press Shot

Stockholm five-piece Sudakistan have been building up a reputation as one of the wildest live bands in Stockholm for a while now, and now they’re transferring that reputation over to their recorded output. Their début LP Caballa Negro comes out on PNKSLM on November 20th and they’re previewing that record with their brand new single ‘Concrete Djungle’.

It’s a song that fizzes and burns with sheer verve, and the 3:08 minute run time struggles to contain the sheer amount of energy packed into it. Instruments rattle and spring in and out with manic intensity, giving the song a sense of controlled instability. It’s a tornado blend of psych, rock and shoegaze, the kind of song that leaves the room shaking after it ends. ‘Concrete Djungle’ is out now, and you can listen below.
