Teatern is a food hall and dining concept at Ringen Centrum. Describing its mission as providing food that’s “quick, simple and unpretentious, without losing any of the quality”, the venue was comprised of eight different food concepts, and now they’ve added two more. Malin Söderström, who took charge of the Nobel dinner in 2011 and ran the restaurant Hjerta on Skeppsholmen is behind The Fishery, which will focus on seafood dishes. “It feels fantastically cool to be a part of Teatern, said Söderström. “I focus on delightful fish and shellfish dishes, combined with sparkling drinks”. Oskar Larsson and Eloi Berthelin are opening up Galinas, a pizza place with a focus on the freshest Swedish and Italian ingredients, which they describe as their take on the traditional Neapolitan pizza. “We love pizza, it’s possible to find endless variations and ways to develop it” said the duo. The Fishery and Galinas, along with the rest of Teatern’s kitchens, are open now.
