It’s the season for a new exhibition at Andréhn-Schiptjenko. The gallery is opening Line and Verse on Thursday, a group exhibition curated by Ridley Howard. Line and Verse collects the work of 16 largely US-based artists, and features painting and drawings that span generations, genres, interests, obsessions, techniques and styles. What unites them is their use of order, space and symmetry. The curator Howard is a Brooklyn-based painter and co-founder of the gallery 106 Green. The exhibition opens on Thursday, Jan 11, and is on display until Feb 17.
