Inspired by sustainable eating, healthy ingredients and mindful preparation of food, restaurateurs Bettina Bossard och Anna Sundevall, in collaboration with food creative Maja Grönblad, have opened Saishoku at Yasuragi Spa in Hasseludden.

The cuisine is based on Japanese traditions where aesthetics are a vital part of the dishes, along with locally-grown ingredients and a strong focus on interesting taste and texture combinations firmly grounded in vegan and raw food philosophies. Saishoku is designed by DAP Arkitekter, which has been involved in the total revamp of the Yasuragi spa and its other venues.
