A classic French style Rôtisserie restaurant is a restaurant that specialises in roasted and unique meat dishes, and Kungsholmen is home to Stockholm’s latest example of the genre. Cousins Florent and Dieudonné Berge, from Marseilles, have opened up La Bergerie, a rotisserie, bistro and delicatessen, on Nordenflychtsvägen, a restaurant that aims to mix French technique with Swedish produce, and a menu that includes roasted chickens, ribs, bromma sausages and gratin dauphinois.

They’re also open for AWs, with charcuteries and a pot lyonnais, a traditional French sharing wine. La Bergerie say that their aim to to base the majority of their dishes on local and seasonal produce. They will also be hosting a series of events, entitled Les Apéritifs, every Saturday.
