But the new and improved breakfast pizza is so much more… You will have heard of and understood the greatness of the breakfast burrito by now, so why not give breakfast pizza the benefit of the doubt?
How:
A great start to the day, as with any good breakfast, this pizza is topped with iron (spinach), protein (eggs, fior di latte and svecia cheese) and healthy fats (avocado). To keep your intake of gluten at bay, the amount of dough is halved (100 grams instead of the regular 200) compared to the average pizza.
Where:
Taverna Brillo’s new Bar Brillo on Sturegatan 7 is the first in Sweden to serve up a piping hot breakfast pizza. It is served Monday through Friday, between 7.30 and 10.00.
