Born in East Germany, the French-German photographer Cathleen Naundorf has for twenty years worked with the big hitters of international fashion, including Dior, Valentino, Armani and more. Naundorf’s work seeks to go deep than normal fashion photography, to not only capture the image but also a sense of the passion that goes into the clothes themselves. This exhibition of her work features images that take fashion shoots into unusual and unique places. Naundorf says: “I’ve always been driven by curiosity. I like to listen to people’s life stories. A good photo must have a story to tell”.
