If you had to add a little of hip-hop’s influence into a burger, how would you handle it? That’s the question hip-hop magazine Kingsize and burger chain Bastard Burgers faced this month. Bastard Burgers often host a signature guest burger, and this month Kingsize are the ones to come up with it. So they’ve come up with the vegan ‘Jamrock’ (Fried root vegetables, vegan cheese, vegan burger patty, pickled chillis, red onions, crispy lettuce and spicy chipotle dressing) and the ‘Crooklyn’ (onion rings, bacon, cheddar cheese, onion, tomato, crispy lettuce, Bearnaise sauce).

Both are available at the chain this autumn, and tomorrow they’ve having a special AW to launch them. Between 17:00 and 20:00 a special deal will be on offer of one of the burgers plus fries plus a beer for 149kr. Access to the AW is first come first serve (i.e. if Bastard Burgers is full they can’t let more people in), but you can secure your place by mailing info@kingsizemagazine.se with name and number of attendees under the subject line ‘Kingsize x Bastard’.
