GIG: BEATRICE ELI
Club night Moxy (“for lesbians, by lesbians”) take over Fotografiska’s Studio Live sessions for Pride weekend, and they’ve made a big booking with Beatrice Eli. The Girls singer proved her live chops with the release of her live album Showgirl (Live At Dramaten) a couple of months ago, and it’s sure to be one of the best gigs of Pride.

PARTY: PRIDE POOLPARTY
Downtown Camper is home to what might be Pride’s steamiest party (not like that etc etc) as they open up their pool and sauna up on the ninth floor. There’s a roof bar, DJs including Daniel Wang and DJ Mermaid and entry is free, though it’s first come first serve (attend the Facebook event to sign up). Bring your swimming gear and get going.
Aug 2, 16:00-22:00, Downtown Camper By Scandic
CLUB: TOMMIE X DANCE PARTY
Trädgården becomes Tommie X’s playground this weekend, transforming into a Tommie X Dance Party all day on Saturday. Tan, Habib1 and Punani_99 are live with Patrick David, Tanya Byrne, Andreas Barth, Hanna Kisch, Hemmafest, Ramadonna, Tommie X, Jimmy-Ray and Tone Schunnesson in the DJ booth.
Aug 3, 17:00-03:00, Trädgården
FILM: CINEMA QUEER GOES REVOLUTIONARY PRIDE
If you’re looking for a more radical, less commercial Pride, then Revolutionär Pride 2019 at Högdalen’s Cyklopen is probably the place to go. As part of that, Cinema Queer will be showing two films, Lizzie Borden’s feminist sci-fi flick Born In Flames and Lisa Plourde’s documentary Gender Troubles: The Butches. The films are being shown on Thursday and Friday respectively.
Aug 1 & 2, Cyklopen
PARADE: STHLM PRIDE PARADE
The parade is the biggest part of pride, obviously, with 50,000 participants and many more spectators. This year’s route kicks off outside Stadshuset, before winding its way through the city’s landmarks and wrapping up at Pride Park in Östermalm.
