Pas D'art

Brasseriegruppen’s new restaurant Pas D’Art picks up where Wienercaféet left off at the end of the summer. The restaurant will have generous opening hours, and the key word is ‘bistronomi’ – which means big ambitions at wallet-friendly prices. The focus will be on kitchen creativity in French cuisine, interpreted with Swedish ingredients. The menu has been put together by Michael Spiridon, who among other things has worked for the three-star French restauranteur Michel Bra, and consists of vegetable-based sides, self-produced charcuterie as well as classic mains. The staff have been hand-picked from Brasseriegruppen’s network and the world’s top kitchens.

”It’s our biggest project ever, and the ambition is to create a local meeting place where the guests can feel as if at home, in an international, cosmopolitan environment with high-quality food and drink”, says Filip Guvén, CEO and co-founder of Brasseriegruppen.  The name Pas D’Art means ‘no art’ in French, which in this case is paradoxical, as the restaurant will on a monthly basis collaborate with artists who will be curating the window displays out on Biblioteksgatan. The restaurant is a part of Stockholm’s biggest restaurant group, which includes Gastrotek, Zink, il Tempo and East. Pas D’Art opens on November 29.
