Atlanta trio Omni have a flair for short-fused, minimalistic indie-rock that fizzes with nervous energy. Lead by former Deerhunter guitarist Frankie Broyles, their sound is probably best described as post-punk meets math-rock, post-punk’s minimalism and sharpness paired with math-rock’s dexterity and unconventional rhythms. Tonight, you can see them live at Landet, where they’ll be joined by Stockholm band Isotope Soap (who incidentally, played their first ever show with Omni last year). Lazy Octopus and Maternal Voice DJ, and doors open at 20:00.
