This year, it has been nearly impossible to avoid seeing Tommy Myllymäki’s ever-smiling baby-faced features at every turn. Whether it is setting up the new restaurants Luzette or winning the title of best European chef in Bocuse d’Or, the chef, who dabbles in many things, always does it in an exemplary fashion.
Following the success of his 2013 cookbook *Såser* (sauces), Myllymäki now directs his attention to vegetables in his latest book *Grönsaker – tillbehör & garnityr*, published by Natur och Kultur. The book features step-by-step instructions on how to recreate some of Myllymäkis award-winning veggie dishes among its 120 recipes.
