For two nights in September, Berns Asiatiska is offering a Chef’s Dinner event where they will give free rein of their pots and pans to a star-studded array of guests. Berns’ own Johan Lindqvist will be joined by Niklas Ekstedt, Karl Ljung from Nosh & Chow and Christian Hellberg of Griffin’s Steakhouse in creating a three-course meal with an Asian theme.
Adding spice to the menu will be an exclusive amuse-bouche, specially-created accompaniments to the coffee, and the fact that the chefs will be present to explain the whys and wherefores of their menu.
According to Berns CEO Yvonne Sörensen they want to offer their guests a unique meeting between the diner, the dish on the plate and the chef who put it there.
And a superb tasting experience to remember, we presume.
