On Friday the 24th of October it will finally be time to enjoy the second coming of Club Undergången!
After the much appriciated opening in September, this month two new heavy acts will bring us even furhter into the darkness. We are also proud to present undergångens Epic Jam Session of fall 2014!
NECROMONKEY – They are the dark progressive love child of the Stockholm based bands Änglagård and Gösta Berglings Saga. The music’s based on black electronica combined with melancolic post rock with symphonic elements. It doen’t resemble anything you’ve heard. On stage Necromonkey mixes electonic and acoustic instruments in a cauldron so vivid and hypnotic it needs to be experienced to make sense. Don’t miss this opportunity!
OKULTIST – “Three human-animals who grew tired of just playing fast” is how Stockholm’s latest name in doom and sludge describe themselves. They just finished recording their debut EP which will be released in November. Undergången is proud to be the club which released the beast Okultist onto the scene of Stockholm. Remember where you heard them first!
UNDERGÅNGEN EPIC JAM – We’re stoked to present our dream! With a fantastic line up composed of memebers of our favorite bands in stoner, fuzz and psychadelia, we will treat you to no less than three sessions of improvised magic. The musicians will one by one be released at our facebook page undergången, but we can tell you that Skraeckoedlan, Katla and Mamont will be represented. It’s gonna be EPIC!
DJ: Cosmic Neon will play psychadelic rock and other radness.
