The story of Tristan and Isolde is *SPOILERS* one of those classic medieval tales that everyone loves where two people fall in love and then everyone dies. It’s also the subject matter for Norwegian artist Constance Tenvik’s new exhibition at Loyal Gallery, Gesamtkunst with Myself. Tenvik plays out the story as a solo performance in three acts, and it’s performed in the exhibition through video. She plays both main characters, and takes the story on a journey through discos, sailors and trumpets. It opens tonight with a reception with the artist.
