For the first time live in Sweden will Earthless at Fritz’s Corner Debaser Medis. If you like heavy riffing psychrock is this gig you will go on in the fall.

San Diego band Earthless released their long-awaited new album, “From The Ages” last October via Tee Pee Records (home to, among others, Sleep, Witch, The Warlocks, Graveyard). The first studio album since the trio’s acclaimed “Rhythms From A Cosmic Sky” was recorded in 2007 with the help of sound magician Phil Manley (Trans Am, The Fucking Champs, Life Coach).

From its formation in the early 2000s, Earthless created a powerful, unique and free-thinking instrumental music, influenced by a mix of German krautrock and Japanese blues rock. Musical standing and swinging on the same stage as Jimi Hendrix but also as Black Sabbath and the trio has been mentioned as a “sonic kaleidoscope of lava and lightning” and has been named California’s loudest band.

The members of Earthless has extensive back catalog. The drummer (and former pro skateboarder) Mario Rubalcaba also plays in everyday life in powerful hardcore band OFF !, he also played drums with Rocket From The Crypt and Hot Snakes. Bassist Mike Eginton, played with Electric Nazarene, and guitarist Isaiah Mitchell, played with Howlin Rain, Nebula and Drunk Horse and plays with the Bay Area band Golden Void.

Lecherous GAZE (U.S.)
Oakland Quartet lecherous Gaze consists of members from annhilation Time, Witch and Saviours. The inspiration according to the band from “Chuck Berry, the Damned and most Stuff that came in between” and their sound is a mix of 60’s and 70’s hard rock, punk and metal, think MC5, Black Sabbath, AC / DC and The Ramones.

They just released their new album “Zeta Reticuli Blues” via Tee Pee Records and played her in Earhammer Studios.
