For fans of horror films (and Halloween is drawing near), there’s a treat in town this week. Monsters Of Film is Stockholm’s horror film festival, and its 2019 edition is taking place this week at various cinemas around the city. The festival specialises in horror obviously, but also stretches into sci-fi, fantasy and other genres. It takes place this week at five different locations around the city. Biograf Zita, Bio Rio, Bio Capitol, Delight Studios and Skärisbiografen.

This year’s line-up includes a number of package evenings with multiple films, including The Devil’s Horror Night at Zita and Grindhouse Night at the same venue, along with panel discussions and Q’n’As.

Monsters Of Film festival continues until October 20, when it closes with a screening of The Golden Glove.
