With a Guadeloupean dancer for a father and a Swedish-Greek musician for a mother, Kim Cesarion has a diverse background, and that diversity is mirrored in his music. Cesarion’s music treats genre-blending as a founding principle; classically educated, he mixes that musical training with pop and dabs of R’n’B, reggae and more. His new single, his first since 2014’s Undressed album, is ‘Therapy’, and it’s a piece of soft-focus, tender vulnerable electro pop. Cesarion’s smooth vocal rides over a slick synthpop groove, before exploding into a hyper-catchy chorus. Listen below.
