Delsbo Beach Club sparkled on their debut single All The Way Home last year, and they’ve got a debut EP of jangling indie-rock lined up for release sometime this spring/summer. You can get an advance insight into how it might sound when they play Nomad Bar on Saturday.

FOOD: EASTER AT TENNSTOPET
Easter falls on April 1 this year, and the restaurant Tennstopet are already getting ready to celebrate it. This year, the historic restaurant is focusing on the familial aspect of the holiday, and with a special menu and an atmosphere designed to fit perfectly when the generations come together to celebrate the holiday. This year’s Easter menu also focuses on tradition, with lamb at the centre, along with the restaurant’s very own snaps. Kitchen head Micke Schedin says: “Easter is a familiar holiday here at Tennstopet, and for those that want a simple Easter our menu is perfect. We serve tradition with our own twist. Swedish lamb, our own pickled herring and home-spiced spirits are always appreciated by our guests”.

GIG: MARIAM THE BELIEVER
It had been four years since Mariam The Believer’s debut album Blood Donation, but she’s lost none of her ability to make smart, captivating pop music. Also a member of the folk duo Wildbirds & Peacedrums with her husband Andreas Werliin, Mariam Wallentin returned last year with her new solo album Love Everything. Love Everything updates Blood Donation’s sound to something faster and more propulsive, a sharp, quick-footed take on experimental pop. She plays Fasching on Saturday.
CLUB: VERY ADDICTIVE
If you want to celebrate Easter clubbing, then there’s only place for you on Sunday. Very Addictive’s label DISK Records are launching their second release, Blue/ Cold Desert by Linn Stigsson Stern aka Strn, and they’ll be taking over Laika to celebrate. Håll Käften Och Dansa and Elias Einhyrning join in the fun.
