At this point you’ve kind of got to stop fighting it, and admit that Christmas season is in full flow. And for a lot of people, Christmas will involve a Christmas tree. But where’s the best place to get one, short of driving out to the forest yourself with an axe and a very big car? Well, this year MOOD Gallerian is teaming up with Smålandsgran to set up a ‘Christmas Tree Boutique’ in the shopping centre.

Luckily however, you don’t need to drag the tree out of MOOD and onto the T-Bana to get it home. At the tree boutique, which opened for the first time last year, you can choose the tree you want, with help from Smålandsgran’s Anna Benson, who’ll be on hand to give guidance, and set it up to have it delivered on a day of your choosing. Benson says: “Last year’s boutique was a success, and we are happy to be back at MOOD Stockholm. This year we’re back in a bigger way, and we’ll have a little workshop with activities like crafts and Santa visits. We’re also very proud that all our trees are organic and not sprayed [with chemicals], which should be taken into account when choosing a tree”.

The granbutik is open between November 20 and December 23
