We’re already fans of Häxrummet Records here, and now it looks like they have another special project on their hands. Niclas Lindgren and Siri Jennefelt are Ease, a duo who make dark, cold synthpop. They’ve just released their debut single ‘Coming Through Me’. It’s a song that harks back to the point in the 80s where post-punk blurred into the beginnings of synth-pop, echoing ‘Blue Monday’-era New Order. It’s a murky, pulsing song, but one with a little sense of light and air in the soaring chorus. ‘Coming Through Me’ is out now, and Ease release their debut EP Latest Aches on January 25.
