Those who have eaten at Proviant know that the restaurant cares passionately about Swedish food culture and produce. It is their aim to keep on supporting local farmers and purveyors, keeping the production of quality produce alive and well throughout Sweden.
Keeping guests happy is another prioritised aim, which is something they do successfully at both of their Stockholm restaurants. This fall saw the opening of yet another Proviant spot, this time located close to the newly-renovated Royal College of Music on Valhallavägen.
