A year has passed since the opening of Tradition, the Tulegatan restaurant specializing in classic Swedish home-style food. The concept has proved so successful that another branch is set to open on Tjärhovsgatan 5 on Södermalm.
Just like the Vasastan restaurant, Söder’s Tradition will be open for both lunch and dinner, and the restaurant has made it its mission to supply Stockholmers with simple, yet delicious Swedish food; neither tired, sloppy versions of classics nor new, creative interpretations of them. Just proper food for reasonable prices, such as cabbage and meat pudding with potatoes for 155 kronor or Biff Lindström with parsley butter and roast potatoes for 160 kronor.
