Santa Salsa Stockholm are specialists in the Venezuelan dish Arepa, which is basically a corn flour cake stuffed with various good ingredients. With Panoramica, Stockholm’s Latin American Film Festival, in full swing this week, they’re celebrating by running a take-over at Bio Rio. Santa Salsa Arepas will be available from Bio Rio’s kitchen all week, and you can catch Maria Augusta Ramos’ documentary on Brazilian politics, The Trial there, along with a conversation with Paola Sartoretto about the upcoming Brazilian election, as part of the film festival on Friday.

• Arepa Chimichurri
Grilled Halloumi, rocket salad, spinach, chimichurri and crushed potato chips.
• Arepa Farofa
Black and kidney beans patties, melted vegan cheddar cheese, tomato salsa and farofa.
• Arepa Pebre
Achiote and grilled pineapple marinated oumph, paprika aioli, pebre and crisp fried onion.
• Yuca frita
Deep fried yuca or cassava with paprika aioli and chimichurri dip.
• Patacones
Deep fried green plantain topped with red and white cabbage, corn mayonnaise and chives.
