Highlight: Allah-Las/ Jessica Pratt

Allah-Las are a band from LA, who formed when three of the members met while working at the city’s famous record store, Amoeba Music. And their status as cratediving-junkies is confirmed by their music, which showcases their excellent knowledge of styles and genres through the ages across their two albums, 2012’s Allah-Las and 2014’s Worship The Sun. Catch them when they bring their classic indie to Debaser Strand on Tuesday Sep 1st. Support comes from alt-folk star Jessica Pratt.
