Totême open showroom concept
Elin Kling and Karl Lindman’s minimalistic, modern brand Totême launched in 2014, and in only three years it’s become a huge success on the fashion scene selling on sites like Net-a-Porter. Originally based in New York, the couple eventually moved home to Stockholm and relocated the brand as well. After a year at their Stockholm address they are inviting the customer into their design studio to shop, interact with the design team and even get the chance to pre-order the coming season’s collection. Information regarding the studio’s opening hours will be communicated through social media and the Totême newsletter.

Sophie by Sophie x Whyred
Punk meets minimalism in the new designer collaboration between Whyred and jewellery brand Sophie by Sophie. The unisex collection includes bracelets, rings and necklaces with a somewhat unexpected source of inspiration. The shapes of the pieces are based on a paperclip and a pen. This has been realised as dangling chain earrings and more rigidly shaped triangular pendants and earrings. Marrying well with the Whyred aesthetic, the concept for the collection is simplicity but with a clear edge and touch of punk. It can be found in all Whyred shops and online at Sophie by Sophie.

Peak Performance collaborate with Nigel Cabourn
Swedish outdoor clothing brand Peak Performance are well known for high quality, functional design worn on the slopes. In the last few years they have also been showcasing cool pieces with a more urban twist that definitely don’t feel out of place in the city. For the coming season the brand have announced their first ever designer collaboration since launching in 1986. The chosen one? British designer Nigel Cabourn, known for his army inspired, utilitarian fashion. His collection with Peak Performance consists of 20 functional, unisex pieces including a shearling coat and an ingenious jacket with a built in backpack. The collection will be released on the September 28 in selected stores.
