The latest addition to Stockholm’s burgeoning gallery scene is Helsinki’s Galerie Forsblom. The former Lars Bohman Gallery space on Karlavägen has been completely redeveloped and the interior is designed by New York architect Richard Gluckman. They will be able to offer art lovers three separate exhibitions simultaneously and their ambition to showcase “young talent, beloved Nordic artists and exciting international names” got off to a good start, with the opening show being with Ai Weiwei.
Galerie Forsblom, Karlavägen 9. Tyre by Ai Weiwei is on display until 26 March.
