Carte blanche At Pubologi

Posted March 21, 2017 in Food & Drink

Snug and comfy, Pubologi in Stockholm’s Gamla Stan neighbourhood sticks to its roots as one of Sweden’s first venues claiming the gastro-pub moniker. As such, the chefs at Pubologi – a mix of restaurant, pub and bar – have won approval from the Guide Michelin for several years in a row, as they awarded this little gem the Bib Gourmand for its ability to serve fine dining food wrapped in approachability, both when it comes to atmosphere and price tag. They have dubbed it “fine dining for the people”.
This year, Pubologi removes the highbrow set menus, in favour of à la carte menus. This is another step towards greater freedom of choice, with the intention of allowing patrons to enjoy a mix of delicacies more often.
