Founded by Daniel Sjöstrand and creatively directed by Joel Lindqvist, winner of 2014’s Dessertmästerna on television and owner of dessert shop Mat- & Chokladstudion in Malmö, the enterprise is described as an adventure – “the Nordic equivalent of super-premium ice cream”.
We predict this slightly remote spot will have heaps of people queuing for the Nordic-style ice cream, all summer long.
