Due to popular demand, Oaxen is re-introducing a classic onto its bistro menu in a bid to stay ahead of the crowd.
The hog’s head was introduced back in 2007 when the restaurant, which received its second Michelin star earlier this year, was located in the Stockholm archipelago. It offers a crispy yet tender sensation for all of those who dare try this atypical delicacy.
