Writer and creator of foodie community Taffel.se Lisa Förare Winbladh loves to delve deep down into a specific ingredient, which she happily explores in her own kitchen. After years of cooking, experimenting and eating, she is now ready to share her findings through her book Det godaste jag vet – ‘the best thing I know’ in English. Each chapter is named after a favourite ingredient of hers – among them ginger, parmesan, garlic and horseradish – for which she then shares her techniques and recipes for.
