This past Tuesday saw the opening of a new branch of Pontus Frithiof’s restaurant, Pocket, situated in an unexpected but strategic area – Solna Business Park. The new restaurant will be all about quick fresh and affordable food that can be enjoyed over a simple lunch or a yummy dinner.

It’s obvious that because of the location the clientele will be composed of many of the nearby companies’ employees who are tired of the same old semi-decent choices that inhabit the business park. In order to better serve their guests during lunch and knowing that time is of the essence, Pocket guarantees a 6 minute wait time on appetizers and a 10 minute wait time on all their entrees. Pretty damn quick if you ask us.

Take Away will also be available so you can grab and go – still being able to eat something delicious while you crack at that extra work load on your desk. There will also be a big area reserved for parties. Businesses, groups, or anyone really can host a fabulous event within Pocket’s new area situated right when you walk in during the evening hours.

But Pocket won’t just be for the Solna business folk. The surrounding area of Sundyberg and Solna is somewhat lacking in the high-end food industry. Many people are getting tired of having to go into the central city for some good food so it will be a perfect new place for local residents to pop over to for dinner without having to stray too far away from home. Pontus is starting a new trend in the area and we wonder who’s next to follow suit.
