Fans of restaurant and boutique Proviant will be exultant at the news that another location has now opened up on the streets of Stockholm after seven years at its only home in Östermalm. The new site can be found on Kungsholmen under the name Café Proviant, with a different panache to the place.

The name has been bounced off the idea of beer cafés that once inhabited the city before the introduction of pubs, but the new concept is essentially the combination of a pub and microbrewery. In fact, the café will be introducing their very own ale that will be produced every Sunday for people to enjoy that current week. Other beers will also be readily available, as well as some delectable cuisine that will continue to focus on using fresh ingredients from Swedish farms and growers.
